Diversified Food Supply System Diversified food supply systems are much warranted for global food security in a world with growing population, climate change and uncertainties. All-encompassing approaches, including new food resources, new technologies for biosynthesis and processing, are all under development. This special issue on diversified food supply system invites cutting-edge researches on the efficient expansion and utilization of food resources and related technologies.
